Hard candy is an ideal media for sweet treats as well as tasty holiday decorations. Hard candy has a longer shelf life than most unpackaged treats and can be made in various shapes with a large variety of colors and flavors. In many ways, your imagination is the only limiting factor. This paper is a discussion about making ribbon and cut rock candy.I hope to unfold some of the mysteries of this fascinating segment of the confectionery industry’s many sweet and delectable choices.
