This year candymakers in the United States have a lot of work ahead of them to prepare for multiple new labeling requirements and food security procedures.These requirements and regulations, including label updates to the Nutrition Facts panel and the ingredient declaration in addition to tracking systems for ingredients and finished candy, must be implemented by the end of the year.An overview of each area is discussed below
