Global warming, climate change, greenhouse gases, melting ice caps, the endangerment of polar bears, cap and trade and a Nobel Prize to my fellow Tennessean Al Gore all underscore the fact that Congress is serious about energy management in the United States. Even with conflicting scientific data on the rise, Congress has made it clear that there is no more debate concerning climate change. Legislation is forthcoming to limit the use of carbon fuels, and to promote green fuels such as wind and sun.
