With the correct ingredients and process, black licorice can be made with just four ingredients.These ingredients are sugarcane molasses, wheat flour, licorice extract and aniseed oil.All of the ingredients are naturally occurring and lead to a claim of Only 0.4% fat on the licorice wrapper. With no added preservatives or other mysterious ingredients, this must define a premium confection.
