Thank you again to the Production Conference committee for giving me the honor of updating you on the news and direction of your research program.As you recall, we update you every year because the research program is so closely linked to the vision and mission of PMCA. This year I’ll cover results of a survey for member feedback; graduate projects completed, in progress and starting; the graduate fellowship project; a technical review we are starting; an exciting confectionery science symposium; long-range planning; and how things look in the pipeline
