General Exhibit Information

All members are invited to exhibit on Monday, April 7, 2025. We expect to be able to accommodate all companies who want to participate, however, as always, we will supply booths on a first come, first served, basis. Please review the information below so that you are aware of all deadlines and conference registration policies.

Please note that all exhibiting companies must first be PMCA members, to check the status of your membership email brandy.kresge@pmca.com.

Each year the Production Conference Committee makes every effort to make participation in the Supplier Exhibit as affordable as possible, and to offer a first-rate, completely carpeted exhibit hall.

Booth cancellations received before March 4, 2025 will be refunded, less $50.00.

There will be NO REFUNDS provided for ANY REASON (medical or otherwise) after March 4, 2025 and your reservation cannot be extended to future dates. 

When registering under Ticket Options please use the number "1" to signify which size booth you perfer. Your booth reservation comes with 1 complimentary full conference registration. You will be able to list your attendee on the next screen, any additional registrations needed can be done through our attendee registration form.

Please list your company name as you would like for it to appear in all conference related materials.

Exhibit Contact Information

The confirmation email will be sent to the exhibit contacts email address listed below this will include receipt of registration, exhibit services packet and booth location confirmation. The exhibit contact may, but is not required to, list themselves as an attendee on the next page of this form.

Press Information

If your company would like descriptions listed in our Exhibitor Pamphlet and website please fill out the boxes below accordingly. If you would like to use your description from last year please comment “use last years description” in the appropriate box. If boxes are left unfilled no descriptions will be included for your company.

In early December 2024, we will begin sending press releases to the industry trade journals with descriptions of the exhibits received to date, and we will post the list of exhibitors on our website with links to exhibitor web pages. The earlier we receive your booth registration the more press your company will be included in.

Booth registrations received after March 4, 2025 are NOT guaranteed to be in printed materials for the conference, if you wish to be included in all printed materials we ask that you send in your form prior to March 4, 2025.

Booth Information

Each booth will include: pipe and draping, one table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a vendor name sign. Exhibitors may bring their own signs. Additional furniture, A/V equipment, electric, private telephone lines and internet access lines will be available for rental directly from the service contractor and that information will be included in your confirmation email.

The intended emphasis of the exhibits is technology awareness. While visual presentations are encouraged, no sound equipment may be used at a level that may detract from neighboring exhibits. If your booth display is very wide and/or tall, and would hinder visual traffic of neighboring booths, we reserve the right to re-locate your booth during setup time.

All booth locations are excellent with spacious aisles and all locations should experience good traffic. Booth locations are assigned based on a first-come, first-serve basis with extra considerations taken for number of years exhibited and to avoid proximity of direct competitors.
