As a sponsor your company is welcome to provide a unique swag item, merchandise, or edible product for our show bag. We will be preparing a limited amount of bags (150) to give out this year. We will not be accepting any flyers or brochures and we ask that the item you provide not be something out at your booth if your company is also exhibiting to keep this bag "unique" to those that are receiving it.

Deadline to submit materials for the Show Bag is March 28, 2025. Those that choose to provide an item will be sent further information on shipping, etc.
